Added agenda item: We will be planning the details for the Barton Mitchell grave re-dedication ceremonies that will be held on Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the Barton Mitchell gravesite in Hartsville, Indiana.  Our SUVCW Brothers from the Benjamin Harrison Camp #356 stationed in Indianapolis/Speedway, Indiana, will be joining our Camp for the grave re-dedication ceremonies on November 11.

Camp Commander Coffman requests a maximum effort by all members to attend the meeting on Monday, October 19, to be a part of the planning process for the Barton Mitchell grave re-dedication ceremony that will occur in the early evening hours on Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11, 2015.

 The October 2015 meeting of the SUVCW John B. Anderson Camp will occur on Monday, October 19, 2015.  The meeting will be held at the Mill Race Center, 900 Lindsey Street in Columbus, Indiana starting at 6:00 PM and concluding at 7:45 PM.

Agenda:

• We will be going forward with the discussion of our presentation strategy to both the Bartholomew County Council and Jennings County Council for our Civil War Monuments projects, in addition to generating ideas for fundraising events in funding both projects.
  
• We will discuss future projects, Activities, and dates for 2016.  Please bring your ideas and calendar with you.
  
• Upcoming election of Officers for 2016
  
• Any additional new business will be discussed.
